Hi. New here
Hi, I just started here. I've been running steadier for the last 3 years, not quite a fast runner but I keep trying to improve. My goal is running a half marathon this fall. I've been running 5K, 5 Miler and 10K. I started this year running early, since january -though here in the north east- I went till 9+ miles in my long run , then i had a setback after I ran a 10K in the beginning of May, not sure why but after that race i took a couple of days off and when i went back, could barely make it to 3-4 miles, so i went back to my 3-5 days running per week and Im trying to increase my longest run just to 10% every weekend, today i ran 4.8 miles and felt good.
