Default A little about me

OK, well, they call me LOST, its a long story..lol
anyways, just climbed aboard. here is a little about me....
one year ago I weighed in at 300 lbs. I joined Weight Watchers and started loosing the lbs. in fact as of right now I weigh in at 218 and lovin it.
been doing some 5K's and have a goal to do a 10K April. I have been slowly improving on my pace, I have been running about ten miles a week give or take. and just this week am stepping up to two miles a day. I would like to finish the 10K in less than an hour. as of right now its taking me about 1 hour and 10 min.s its getting better though. so thats some of my story.. just thought I would jump in and share..lol

Congratulations Lost

You can do it! I think it has been discussed already...some of the experienced runners discuss sprint work. I'm working on my 3rd half marathon and I've been able to knock off 18 minutes off my first half by including hills and sprint work. Good luck.
