Hi, saw a link to here on Facebook and decided to stop by to see what it was all about. I started running memorial day of 2011, ran a 5k in July and August, then ran a 10k in September with a time of 57:28. Thought I did pretty good for a 48 year old fatboy.
Right now I am in the process of dropping 30 pounds of middle age spread, and training for the annual Trek up the Tower in Omaha, NE coming up in February. Soon I will start my training for the Omaha Marathon in the fall, it will be my first of, (hopefully), many more marathons.
