I would be interested in a plan and some coaching. I would like to know more on pricing and how we would connect considering I do not live in the area. Plus Perry's coaching philosophy on running.

Default Perry's Coaching philosophy

As your coach I will,

Inspire by listening to your goals while supporting your effort in setting and challenging you to achieve those goals. Respect your abilities whether you’re a beginner, intermediate or an advanced runner. I will be there with you every step along the way to help you become the runner you inspire to be.
Guide you with open communication daily so that we may continually monitor your progress and make necessary adjustments along the way.
Encourage you with specific preparation on your training and racing performance outcome based on performance improvement over outcome.
Teach with the knowledge I have gained from 24+years of running and racing so that I may pass along those training and racing skills to you.

I strongly believe the tenets of character that as your coach I will be Honest, Kind, Patient, Dependable, consistent, open, humble and fair.
