Interesting article, it seems to reemphasize speed work as the key which as we know makes much sense. I like how the article brings out the two main causes of fatigue, mechanical & emotional. Both can be very challenging to deal with when finishing a race. But then again if it were easy...why do it?

Informative article. I think I will have to start with 100's then build myself up to 200's, 300's, ect. Getting back into this hobby is quite difficult but I believe sprint workouts as some of the most difficult training...gotta love it!
