My wife, my oldest daughter and myself are all running the BolderBoulder 10K in Boulder, CO with over 50,000 runners. It has an awesome finish in Folsom Field Stadium on Colorado University.

So how did it go? We had about 100 friends that ran either the 5k or 20k with ya this morning.

not so hot, for me. It was a scheduled rest day after a long run and I went anyway... I finished and learned an important lesson about rest days. But it was my first time at White Rock Lake, the run was beautiful, just painful.
