well, we didnt run for two weeks because of the pain... I found that I really need to warm up.. so when I got there and about 20 min. before the race I ran a mile and really got things pumping...then did some stretching.. my goal was to stay under 9 on my pace...but there so many people... I ended up running along the road just so I wouldnt get trapped in.. and by the way it happened in the first mile. I could not move.. finally I found an out and moved out to the road.. nice out there but.. its also a longer run... anyways.. I was happy with that time of 28.18 the last one was 28.05 so now I can start running again and we will get in the 27's my PR is 27.34
so.. I know we will do better. oh and I have dropped 6 lbs. in the last two weeks.. so look out! Joe, I still like the ends now.. after I hit tha three mile marker I pour it on.. and pass alot of people....lol..

Nice to see you running again. Great time after a layoff. It just dawned on me that the hollingsworth trail is pretty narrow. That must be a way overcrowded race.

There's a little race series Friday night and Saturday morning coming up in orlando in two weeks. A 5k and 10k both days on a shaded trail. A person can run them all or just run 1 race. I think I'm doing the 5k on friday night. Only about 100 people last year
