it worked! thanks for sharing. that pretty cool. my garmin 405 set up doesnt look like that screen, i like yours better.

Nice even split times. first mile is always a little faster but way to keep it even. its tough to pick a pace for that first mile and stick to it.

Whats next on the schedule. If you are ever in Clearwater on a friday evening check and see if they are doing the beach series at pier 60.

4 races spread out over about 12 weeks. really fun. tough to run a pr on the sand but challenging and just a great run on the beach. races have about 200-300 people in them.

When I first plug it in it goes to the garmin you down load in.. I never really use it.. on go on line and go to Garmin and this site is much better... hell they even use google maps....
Whats next?? well I am thinking about the water mellon series that lakeland runners club puts on.. But I just decided I am going to work twords a half Marathon comming up in October. in Vero beach.How about you folks. gonna be doing any long runs?? like a marathon.. or 10K'S?

Hahahaha! Emily that made me laugh out loud and I bet the people in vision works wonder what is so funny. (I'm waiting for my eye appointment.).

I didn't know you could do that with the Garmin eithet- super cool, thanks for sharing. I'm going to check that out.
