You may have noticed that some members have some pretty cool looking "avatars" or pics next to their names when the post.

I would be happy to make one for you, it might take a few days, but all I will need is a couple pictures (they dont have to be running pictures, any picture that you like will work) and a brief description about yourself that you might like in your avatar. Again, they dont have to be running based pictures.
Please email the pictures to admin@runnersrule.com and in the subject line type "new avatar" you can also just PM me with your request.
