This may be an odd question or statement. But how do you know if ones foot is strong. I mean we talk about how running minimalist strengthens your feet muscles. But How do we know they are building muscle. Don't laugh but is there a foot muscle test. It's not like lifting weights. So how exactly does one measure their feet strength. Sorry lol. I always want the answers to things that perplex me. I'll be online googling this at any moment hahaha

Interesting article, unfortunately I am in the car and can't try any of it out. Amber, did you test your foot strength? How did you do?

Hahaha Running and Reading. Even though I posted this I never got around to test our feet strength. I will do soon. My foots aching because I fell into a pothole hahah. I will do soon though. Just curious. I've been running in frees since May and you and Joe longer now huh? Crazy. I really do see the difference in the way my feet strike. Like night and day. You still running the frees? You run them on your long runs too? Furthest I've ran in them was 14 miles but honest I felt great in them. Just curious. I know you have your Marathon coming up and you will do great

Default Nike Free's

I bought my Free 7.0 Last May, Almost 10 months now, Since then I have ran 2 RAGNAR 200 mile relays, 3 Marathons and 2 - 1/2 marathons, 3 20K trail races and numerous small races and training days, I also Crossfit in the same pair. I figured ai am close to 1300 - 1500 solid logged miles, plus what ever I didnt log.
A lot of people say that Nike have an issue with durability, and they say they are for training only. I say BULL****! These are the greatest shoes, cheap, and feel better with time. I just finished 10 miles in the great white cold north east, and felt great. My legs are stronger then they have ever been.
