Thats pretty cool. watching people like that run is crazy. its just amazing how effortless they make it look. plus you will get to see Lance Armstrong. the guy has got to be one of the greatest athletes in history. i put him up there with Michael Jordan, Emmit Smith, Barry Sanders.. guys that just dominate the sport they are doing.

Hey Lost,
Looks like big news today was Lance Armstrong taking second in his Ironman debut. anyway, he is supposed to race the ironman in florida this year too.it in May this year the ironman got moved from disney to someplace by haines city.
my wife and I watched a little of the ironman a couple years ago when they did it in clearwater. i went there thinking it would be pretty boring, but it was pretty cool, we were at the bike turnaround just because it was by our house. if you get a chance check it out. i dont know if I would fight the crowds at the finish line to watch it, but if it was around this area again i would watch part of it.

mind is not tired."

thanks.. there are alot of fast runners in lakeland..lol I am not one of them. as far as the injury goes, its still there.. but really it dont bother me.. there are times when I feel it. but for the most part its good. I am finding out that having a schedule each week and sticking to it, and having the goal of the half marathon in sight really makes a difference. so how ya been??? you been doing ok???
Thanks lost. I held back because I knew I only needed fifth in my group to win the overall points for the series. Felt a little guilty afterwords. First race I have ever held back on....but the payoff that I felt great after
