    ive got no idea what ive done to it, its like the medial tendon is tight - but only when i run. litterally, ONLY when i run. ive rested for three weeks now and even when i get up to a power walk it goes

    Heyy, your one of, in fact probably THE most positive person around me atm, and i thank you for that i am so glad to have joined RR (the fact that i added people on FB means i really like them, FB is reserved for people i truley count as friends - and one or two inspirationals) yeh my knees been acting up - i hope its nothing horrible. love to your knees! i hope you(we ;-) ) feel better soon

    Hey my little Aussie. Keep up the good work and keep surrounding yourself with positive poeple. And keep doing what makes you feel good and happy. Exercise is such a great way to help with you stress of life. I am glad you joined this forum. Hope your knee pain ( I believe you said knee on miles logged) gets better soon. I must have sympathy pains mines hurting a tad too. It to shall pass.

    so am i... i did 55 burpees yesterday!!!! i havent done 55 burpies in all my workouts COMBINED let alone one 10 minute session. i wanted to quit with one round to go and the coach said just do HALF the round (at this point it was 1 deadlift and 10 burpies) i did the deadlift and 3 burpies and hes like ok you can stop, i looked at him and went no way-if i quit i quit but i dont half finish. 55 burpies and 55 deadlifts with 20kilos in 12minutes 18 seconds. even IM proud of me. lolll
