I went out yesterday morning for a 5-6 mile walk and did about 3 little baby runs in between....and it felt GREAT! I had to hold myself back because I am really scared of reinjuring it but I think I might BE BACK! Whoo hoo!!
Thanks Geely! I'm so excited for camp. I think I'll get just as much, if not more, out of it as the kids! (but I am going out to buy myself a comfy twin size air mattress because I'm too old to sleep on the floor in a teepee!)

Hey running stud! I am doing well. My goal is to start running in 6 days...that would give me the full 16 weeks to train for Chicago. I'm SCARED to try to run. I'm afraid it will still feel gimpy.
