Thanks for droppin' by! I just ran my first run in my Saucony's and as of this morning my knees feel fine. My calf and thigh muscles are tired this AM. Mostly my thigh muscles. I am going to wear the Saucony's for my 5k tomorrow and see how fast I go! Then I'm switching back to my Asic's for my Monday run. I think the Saucony's are going to be good for me!

I wanted to run 12 miles. I missed it by 7. My knee isn't in pain now but it feels stiff. I am going to see how it feel in the morning and try a 3 mile run if it feels better. How is the Garmin going! Have you figured out the functions yet? I can;t tell you how much I love mine.

Thanks! Just a reminder to you that you may want to keep you garmin down loaded often or it will run out of memory and you will lose a run at some point. I did. I'm not totally bumbed about it but if you are seriously mapping your miles then downloading and erasing the data on your garmin is very important.
