I'm doing well Lost, thanks for asking. I've been sick and the weather has been downright dreadful here in SW Michigan. When I started ramping up my mileage while training, there was always a period of soreness when I reached new mileages. It's normal, but shouldn't last more than a day or two. Try to get out there ASAP for a recovery run at a slow speed, it helps, it really does, good luck. I should be back to running soon!
Hey Cat... how ya been doing sense your marathon? were you really soar? I did that 12.5 miles last Saturday and brother let me tell ya.. been alittle off ever sence... I think im getting better but man ..it sure kicked my ass. I went out Tues. and did three miles and boy that day was brutal and so was the next morning..lol I mknow Im 52 and a Clydesdale but I need to get out and run... any ways just thought I would ask you and get your insight..... rock on!!!!!
