So I am thinking I injured my muscle or tendon on the lateral aspect on my chin and I am going to get into an ortho doctor soon I hope. I am interested in getting training plans for coming back from an injury. I have a sinking feeling that I will not be running the Cleveland half and will be band from running for a while. I am able to run 3 miles but anything after that is very painful. It starts at the lateral knee area and then goes down to the ankle. I looked at it with ultrasound and I could see no seperation but it looked like there was some local edema.
