My First Half Marathon
So this weekend I start officially the training for my first half marathon. Using this 12 weeks program for beginners, actually I started this week, but on sunday is my my first long run , hoping to run 6-7 miles. According to the program I should start 3-4 miles but I've been running steadier and 2 weeks ago did 6.1 miles then last weekend had a 5K. Any advice?
