Aileen,
You should wait until Joe gets his. MAybe he can post a review about them.
There are several studies out there that show that compression socks help and improve your performance. A full sock is always better if you are looking for a running and recovery tool.
Hope that helps.
Sebastian

Just got my compression socks, purchased the full sock with 20 percent discount code and will be buying the sleeves tonight.

Night and day difference over my other brand. I would say about double the compression, maybe more. I had to actually work them up my leg. I thought, "these are going to smash my foot"

Wrong! The feel awesome There are no seams down the sock like the cheap ones at sports authority. The toe and heel are made from a different material it looks like, I think so its your toes dont get mashed together... because they dont.

I seriously cant believe the compression on these things. Im going to sleep with them on. They are awesome, Im going to copy this post into the other thread about sls3.
thanks sls3 great prdouct!

I think I am going to go for the sleeves rather than socks. I think this will just work better for me. I am not so quick like you Joe and I don't think it will bother me much running races in them. It sounds like you can still use the sleeves for recovery too. I like the fact that I won't have to wash the sleeves as often but the sox I am thinking I will need to wash often. I could easily wear the sleeves under clothes in summer and still sport my sandles. So the sleeves are going to be more flexible for me. I am super excited. I've done my homework and will definitely be ordering a pair within the next week.

My calves feel better just thinking of them

Also the "Hoodi Limited Edition" Looks like something I would really use alot.

Thanks for the info!

the sleeves are mainly for racing - the best recovery tool are the socks or our new Tight that will come out in a few weeks.

Just started wearing compression gear the end of March and WOW what a difference. I wear the calf guards during my run and the full toe to knee socks that night after the run. No gear at the Rock n Roll Half March 15th, ran a 2:31, wore the calf guards and shorts at America's Run Half April 11th ran a 2:10. I am a compression believer!
