LOST, I am truly blessed to live a 5 minute car ride from the Scenic Little Miami trail. This trail goes from Springfield, Oh to Milford, OH to the tune of 70 miles! It is pretty much an old train track route paved over. It is tree lined goes through many towns and the part I enter I can go north 6 miles then back. I use it for my 10 mile and under runs. To the south I'll run 10 out and 10 back(fortunately there is a port-o-let and water fountain at mile 8). Really a great set-up for a distance runner, tons of others use the trail along with hundreds of cyclists.

Many runners do 5, 8, or 10 mile loops near their homes and stash supplies to use on each pass. I don't like this method because the last thing I want to do is stop to re-fuel and be staring at my front door. I'm very curious what the other RRers will have to say.

I've done a couple 15-20 milers in our neighborhood. If you can find a nice 6 or 7 route just run it twice.
We are also lucky to have the suncoast trail 5 miles away. The trail has about 50 miles of paved paths with no roads or cars only bicycles. Wish I could get out there soon. This crapping problem is crappy
