Bench Press and push ups often cause impingement of the rotator cuff. Some guys that bench alot almost have their hands face outward (slight exageration) The "perfect pushup" device does put you in a slightly better position. I never Bench Just incline press.
Gentle pressure on the anterion deltoid around the A/c joint, painfull?
stop pushups and bench!
