I take a class at the center for yoga.
I do slow flow in a very hot room. I like it because it makes you really use your muscles and you feel like you had a hard work out.
But I do use yoga after I run an before and after I do weights and core. It loosens up my joints and muscles and keeps me from getting stiff.

I run 6 days a week, and right now I swim on two of those days as well but will be switching back to spinning. On the day I don't run, I don't do anything, It's a complete rest day..........wait, no, I eat..like a champ! I am ravenous on my rest day! LOL

I run M-F and sometimes Sat. I weight train alittle bit, not much. I used to before I decided I liked running better. I take Zumba classes acouple times a month. Thats pretty much it. Running M-F is set in stone!! Everything else I do every once in awhile.

I'm going to school full time, so when I'm not running I'm a fitness video junkie; sometimes it just takes to long driving to and from the gym! I like any of the P90x videos (they have a great yoga, shoulders and arms, and i loove the plyo workout) and I just started this new workout series called insanity. It's really fast paced and fun! I'm a long slow distance runner, so I feel like I need to up the intensity on my off days to try and work those fast-twitch muscles.

I spin a couple times a week. I also do yoga once or twice a week. I would like to do it more but haven't made time for it. I love hot yoga and I have a studio close by but I joined a healthy living center ymca and have a hard time justifying the cost for another place. I miss it though. It was an intense workout. I may try to get back once a week...great for my upper body strength. I'm not a fan of weight training but am trying to get back into a little to help my running and tone up.
I can't do videos at home. I wimp out.
How is the PX90? It looks tough. I have been tempted but knew myself well enough to know I need the group workout scene to hold me accountable.

I'm with you! I need to atleast be in the gym with other people to make myself do the workous. The only thing that I'm able to do on my own is running.

I really like the p90x videos...I think I'm weird though. Almost everyone else I know hates them They're really hard if you do the plan that's outlined in the program, which is basically impossible to do if you're also running. But I definitely like it in my off days, and there's a great abs video that works really well! Last week I started this workout by the same people that make p90x, it's called Insanity. It's really intense interval training. And it's insanely hard. Surprise, right?

I do elliptical with high ramps and resistance. Weight training. Just recently became fond of cycling. Summer I really enjoy a long hike of 10 miles or more. If I am not sore the next day then I am not doing it I hope to pick up bicycling this spring/summer after my Marathon. And then there is days of just doing nothing
