Dude! I'm totally doing the Beach Body "Insanity" workouts...sister workouts to the P90X. I love them! Sean is certaining kicking my butt!!! What do you think? I actually am doing them alternate days, meaning I run one day, then I do and Insanity workout, then I run again, etc....
