Your posts make me smile. I do that same stuff when I am running. It makes me laugh. I think my neighbors think I am wacky tobaccy. I have this goofy run I do when I am really loving the run where my hand get all dramatic. Like I am powering through something intense. Hahah and I am usually only moving at about 9 minute miles.

This video was cool.

Haha Amber, I'm glad I'm not the only one that does weird stuff. Sometimes when I'm on a longer run my shoulders start to hurt - I haven't figured out how to really relax my arms yet - so I will let my arms just hang down straight for a minute or so and they really flap around like crazy if you just totally relax them. Once Joe and I both did it at the same time and our arms were just flailing - I wish I could have been another runner watching that.

I would love to see your dramatic hands, you should make whooshing noises at the same time like you are flying and cutting through the air so fast it is making a noise!

I just read in last month's runners world the interview with Chris Solinsky and it said that his wife hadn't gone to that race because of cost and now looking back they should have made it happen no matter what the price. OMG, I actually teared up reading that. I can't imagine missing something so big but you never know. anyway, just thought it interesting.
