training for 10K
I have done quite a few 5Ks, but never a 10K, any recommendations on how I should be training for my first 10K? How many miles a day, etc?

If you have a good base of weekly miles and finished in decent times in your 5ks. You should have no problem finishing a 10k. I say run your first 10k at an easy pace just to finish feels like. then work on speed. Tempo Tempo Tempo
